Please review and sign our terms and conditions for portable toilet hire
By booking with us, you (the Hirer) agree to hire our equipment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
All equipment is provided in good working order at the start of the hire period.
Any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during the hire are entirely the responsibility of the Hirer.
It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure adequate insurance cover for all hired equipment.
The Hirer is liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the hired equipment for the duration of the hire.
Equipment returned in an excessively dirty condition will incur an additional cleaning charge.
Servicing will be carried out during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 7am–5pm).
Toilets must always remain accessible. If access is obstructed, the unit will be serviced at the next available opportunity. (Our service vehicle must be able to reach within 10 feet of the unit.)
Hire charges remain active during bank holidays, site shutdowns, and over the Christmas/New Year period. No suspension or refund of charges will be given.
The Hirer is responsible for the cost of any replacement or repairs required due to damage, misuse, or loss during the hire period.
Any parking costs incurred during delivery, servicing, or collection of equipment are the responsibility of the hirer.
By accepting a quotation and proceeding with your booking, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure the delivery location is suitable, level, and safe for placement. If access is denied or unsuitable, redelivery or relocation charges may apply.
Waiting time exceeding 30 minutes on site for delivery, servicing, or collection may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
We reserve the right to terminate the hire agreement immediately if the Hirer breaches these Terms & Conditions, misuses equipment, or if conditions on-site are deemed unsafe.
Any issues or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or service to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
