As a general rule, allow 1 unit per 75 guests for events without alcohol, and 1 unit per 50 guests where alcohol is served. For events over 4 hours, we recommend increasing this slightly. Our team will advise you on the exact number based on your event duration, guest count, and whether food and drink are being served.

We recommend booking as early as possible for peak summer weekends (Mayโ€“September) as availability is limited. For off-peak dates we can often accommodate bookings at short notice, contact us for availability. Same-day and next-day delivery may be possible depending on your location.

Yes. For events running longer than one day we schedule regular servicing visits, typically daily, to empty waste tanks, disinfect the interior, restock paper, soap and sanitiser, and ensure the units remain presentable throughout. Servicing frequency can be customised to your event schedule.

Every unit is deep cleaned, disinfected, and fully restocked before delivery. We use professional-grade sanitation products and our fleet is regularly inspected. All units arrive fresh and ready to use on the day of your event.

Yes. We offer DDA-compliant accessible units alongside our standard event toilets. These are larger, wheelchair-accessible units with support handrails and non-slip flooring. We strongly recommend including at least one accessible unit at any public event.

Our hire price includes delivery, setup, collection, and a full pre-delivery clean and restock. For multi-day events, servicing is quoted separately and priced based on frequency and location. There are no hidden charges, we provide a transparent written quote upfront.
